 Apprenticeship is a form of educating and   training girls which provide skills and experience for them to succeed. The apprentice gets the opportunity to learn from experienced professional and be able to earn a pay check at a time.

Apprenticeship provides girls with benefits. It helps the girls to earn an income which helps them to cover the costs of education and living. Also it helps girls in career advancement which create opportunities. Apprenticeship benefits girls in job placement after completing  their training and helps the girls in their personal development by developing their skills, building confidence and also developing a sense of self -worth.

Apprenticeship program is important because it helps girls to earn and learn skills at the same time. It also helps to advance your career and get promoted by employers than those with other qualifications. Also apprenticeship is important as it develop desirable skills and have the opportunity to build on your existing knowledge or learn new transferrable skills which employers look for. Apprenticeship program is flexible as one can do it at any time.

Apprenticeship program helps girls to overcome gender stereotypes and enter traditionally male -dominated fields such as manufacturing, construction and engineering. Apprenticeship helps girls in developing skills that helps in problem solving, critical thinking and promotes teamwork.

 Apprenticeship can be a life changing opportunity for girls. By encouraging girls to consider apprenticeship, we can help them achieve their career goals and a build a future for themselves.
